Rooms & Rates

Lazy-days Bed & Breakfast provides one luxury queen 1 room suite,  with a comfy quality pillowtop queen size bed.

As we only accommodate for 2 people maximum, your privacy  is guaranteed. It is part of our home but is in a separate part from our living area with your own entrance.

Bring some of your favourite relaxation music to listen to whilst you soak in the beautiful deep bath. The shower has a lovely rainfall showerhead and the toilet is separate to the bathroom. Soft bath robes are provided for your comfort.

There is a pleasant lounge area, looking out over the bushland. You can curl up on the sofa with a book, watch tv, or laugh at the antics of the birds on the birdfeeder.  This room provides a breakfast bar (please note there are no cooking facilities except microwave and toaster oven) sofa, tv, dvd player, table and chairs and books/games for you to enjoy.

We like to call Lazy Days an "unplugged" getaway. As phone reception can be a little unstable, its a good opportunity to put your phone down for a while.

You are provided with a continental breakfast daily, with two options - please discuss these with your hosts before you arrive. Or you could cook your own bacon and eggs on the barbeque.

The fresh aroma of the bush, the songs of birdlife, the distant sound of the surf  - these are the little things that make a short break really relaxing.  And you will find all of these soothing experiences at

Lazy Days Bed & Breakfast.

It is nestled amongst tall spotted gumtrees in a quiet residential area, half an hour south of Batemans Bay, 2 hours 20mins from Canberra and 4 hours from Sydney. Lazy Days is set on half an acre with bushland behind it.

Moruya township is only 5 minutes drive and has 2 supermarkets and bottle shop. There are also lots of lovely boutique shops that are worth a visit. For eating out, Moruya has several clubs, hotels and restaurants, as well as cafes and coffee shops. Ingrid and Geoff have several suggestions for dining out. There is a special deal with The Legacy of India, Moruya - beautiful Indian food.

Batemans Bay has your bigger shops like Kmart and Bunnings whilst the cute "hippy" township of Mogo is home to unusual, quirky shops and Mogo Zoo.

The South Coast of NSW was hit hard by bushfires in 2020, but Moruya and The Heads managed to escape untouched, so you can still enjoy the beautiful surroundings we have always offered.

We welcome vaccinated
and unvaccinated guests, as we do not discriminate.
We follow the strict Covid cleaning practices after each guest has stayed.

The choices are yours when you stay at Lazy-Days Bed & Breakfast and there are so many of them!

Some may depend on the weather, such as sky diving on a beautiful day or enjoying sitting on the beach, gazing at the mass of stars in the clear night sky (just ask Ingrid if you want to know what planets are visible and where they are in the sky)  You may choose to spend a day wandering through the gorgeous shops in Mogo (only 15 minutes away) or take a whale watching tour during the season (July and October).

The world renowned Mogo Zoo is well worth a visit and you can easily spend a day there with "hands-on" experiences available with some of the beautiful animals.

The Moruya River is at the end of our street, or Preddy's wharf a few minutes away for fishing - if you have a fishing boat, you can launch there. A morning walk along the surf beach as the sun rises, is spectacular.  The beach is only 4 km drive from Lazy Days Bed and Breakfast, with a couple of choices - there is a protected beach called Shellys Beach which is great for boogie boarding or even some surfing. Its protected beach and pristine water is great for a swim. Around the corner is the surf beach for experienced surfers.  There is also Toragy Point which is a great lookout point and you may be lucky to see whales during the season, or the resident seals.  It also is home to a very old cemetery.

Or you may just choose to sit and read a book, watch TV, do the community jigsaw, toast a marshmallow or 2 over the fire pit ( subject to fire restrictions) or even catch up on some sleep, which many of our previous guests find easy to do!

For another option to really make your stay a "lazy- day", why not indulge in a Reflexology treatment?  Ingrid is a qualified reflexologist and an hour long treatment will leave you feeling blissfully relaxed. (Charges apply)
